The Person You Are Trying To Reach Is Not Accepting Calls At This Time
Ok so i can't answer the question but felt it would be pointless to start a new topic when my concern falls under this category. This is my question so please help me out. I have called my friend's phone on several different occasions because they were coming home soon from being deployed. At first it would ring endlessly until I would get the "the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls right now."..ok so...out of pure curiosity that perhaps I have done something to upset them and they blocked me...

i used two of my friends' phones with different numbers...and they got the exact same thing but no ringing. Again my curiosity got the best of me...i called from my number unblocked because I have nothing to hide...goes straight to a busy tone?
Whats going on because he doesnt even know my friends and no im not a stalker...just a concerned best friend who might have left 2011 on bad terms with that individual unfortunately...trying to fix it.
